A man has been charged following an incident on the M4 this morning.
Christopher Duggan, 27, of Ford Street, Swindon, was arrested after being spotted a vehicle being driven the wrong way along the M4.
He has been charged with both dangerous driving and drink driving and has been released on bail.
He is due to appear at Swindon Magistrates Court on 6th March.
