Acclaimed Scottish comedian Larry Dean is heading to Swindon later this year as part of his brand-new 42-date UK and Ireland tour.
The Glasgow-born comic will bring his new stand-up show, Larry Dean: Hellbent, to the Swindon Arts Centre on Friday, 20 November 2026.
Recently married but, in his own words, still “emotionally feral”, Dean’s latest show tackles growing up – or perhaps his determination to avoid doing so for as long as possible.
The Swindon performance forms part of an extensive autumn tour which begins in Bristol on 8 September before travelling across the UK and Ireland.
Dean is a three-time Edinburgh Comedy Award nominee for Best Show and has established himself as a familiar face on British television.
He is a cast member of Saturday Night Live UK, while previous television appearances have included Live at the Apollo, QI and The Royal Variety Performance.
The comedian was also included in The Telegraph’s list of the 50 Best Comedians of the 21st Century.
His previous stand-up shows have taken him to theatres and festivals across the UK and internationally, with a number of tours playing to sold-out audiences.
Now he is returning with Hellbent, which promises another look at life through Dean’s distinctive and often chaotic perspective – this time with married life thrown into the mix.
Swindon will be one of 42 stops on the tour, which also includes Bristol, Leeds, Leicester, Southampton, Liverpool, Glasgow, Aberdeen, Dublin, Brighton, Nottingham, Newcastle, Cardiff and London.
For local comedy fans, it means one of Britain’s best-known contemporary stand-ups will be appearing right in the heart of Old Town this November.
Larry Dean: Hellbent will be at Swindon Arts Centre on Friday, 20 November 2026 with tickets available here.
