9,790,576 doses of Covid-19 vaccine have now been administered in the UK – with around 10 per cent of these jabs being delivered in the South West.
8,543,262 of these vaccines were delivered throughout England up to yesterday, January 31st.
The total numbers released in the daily NHS England data release, includes both first and second doses, which is a rise of 292,116 on the previous day’s figures.
Of the total number, 8,082,355 were the first dose of the vaccine, while 460,907 were the second dose.
NHS England data shows a total of 974,275 jabs have been given to people in the South West which includes 918,897 first doses and 55,378 second doses.
