No The coronavirus vaccine designed by Oxford AstraZeneca has been approved for use in the UK
The approval, by the medicines regulator the MHRA, means the vaccine is both safe and effective.
Health Secretary Matt Hancock has confirmed the national rollout of the vaccine will start on 4 January “and will accelerate into the first few weeks of next year”.
