Swindon Man Remanded in Custody on Drug Supply Charges

A Swindon man has appeared in court charged with a series of drug-related offences.

Aaron Haynes, 30, of Colingsmead, Eldene, appeared before Swindon Magistrates’ Court after being charged with possession with intent to supply cocaine and cannabis.

He is also accused of being concerned in the supply of both cocaine and cannabis, as well as acquiring, using or possessing criminal property.

Following the hearing, Haynes was remanded in custody.

He is due to appear before Swindon Crown Court on 24 July, where the case will proceed.

The charges were brought following an investigation by Wiltshire Police.

As criminal proceedings are now active, further details of the allegations are expected to emerge during future court hearings.

Defendants are entitled to a fair trial, and the charges remain allegations until proven in court.
