On Monday, Swindon Magistrates Court authorised detectives to continue questioning a 20-year-old man arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and a 19-year-old man arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to murder.

The investigation has so far led to eight arrests.

Six other suspects have been released on bail while enquiries continue. They include a 51-year-old arrested on suspicion of attempted murder, a 30-year-old man and a 32-year-old man arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to murder, and three others arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender.
