The White Horse Federation has been shortlisted for two national awards recognising excellence across school trusts in England.
The Wiltshire-based multi-academy trust has been nominated in the Large Trust category for MAT of the Year, as well as the Transformation and Impact Award at the MAT Excellence Awards.
The awards celebrate outstanding achievements by academy trusts and organisations supporting education across the country.
The White Horse Federation oversees 30 schools and says the nominations reflect its efforts to improve education through innovative assessment methods, a bespoke curriculum and strong collaboration across its schools.
According to the trust, all of its schools are now rated Good or Outstanding, while pupil outcomes have risen by 12 per cent. It also says £6 million has been reinvested into education across the organisation.
Dr Dan Nicholls, CEO of The White Horse Federation, said the nominations were recognition of the work of staff, pupils and families across the trust.
“We are honoured to have been shortlisted for two prestigious awards this year and to be recognised for our commitment to equity and excellence for children, colleagues and communities.
“Well done to all our colleagues, pupils and their families for their continued dedication and support.
“We look forward to continuing our collaborative work to support all children to lead inspiring lives with greater opportunity and choice.”
