A growing furniture brand is planting firmer roots in the South West, with Oak & More confirming the opening of a large new showroom in Swindon this Boxing Day.
The solid wood furniture specialist will open its Swindon showroom on Friday 26 December, marking the company’s third retail location nationwide. On the same day, Oak & More will also unveil a fourth showroom in Rotherham, signalling a confident end to the year for the expanding business.
The Swindon site, spanning 16,000 square feet, will give customers the chance to explore the brand’s full range in person — from classic solid oak pieces to marble, glass and painted furniture. To mark the launch, Oak & More is running a special in-store promotion on opening day, including a ‘Win Your Order Back’ prize, where one qualifying customer could receive a refund on their purchase up to the value of £2,000. Additional launch-day offers will also be available.
Chief Executive Paul Isom said the Swindon opening carries personal significance.
“Opening our Swindon showroom gives us a fantastic opportunity to show what Oak & More does best — high-quality solid wood furniture, marble pieces and more,” he said. “We care deeply about craftsmanship, durability and timeless design, and we’re looking forward to welcoming customers so they can experience that quality first-hand. I’ve lived in Swindon for more than 20 years, so opening a showroom here really does mean a lot to me.”
Located just off the M4 at Bridge Mead Retail Park, the new showroom is positioned to serve customers across much of the South West, with Bath, Bristol, Gloucester and Oxford all within an hour’s drive.
Oak & More’s ranges are designed by a UK-based team, with a focus on longevity rather than flat-pack convenience. All wooden furniture is made without chipboard, veneer or MDF and is delivered fully assembled. Many items are also available with a 48-hour delivery option, a feature that has helped the brand build a loyal following.
The Swindon opening follows earlier showroom launches in Peterborough and Thurrock this year. With further locations planned throughout 2026, Oak & More is continuing its push towards wider national coverage.
