Lovers of Japanese cuisine can look forward to Yo! opening a restaurant at the Designer Outlet Village in Rodbourne.
The restaurant, Yo!, best known for sushi conveyor belts and being bright orange, will be located in the unit left vacant when Italian chain Carluccio’s closed its doors last May.
The Yo! menu, as you would expect, serves sushi, sashimi, and hosomaki with a variety of different fish including salmon, tuna, shrimp, cuttlefish, BBQ eel, and even octopus. YO! also serves a wide selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes.
The restaurant does not yet have an opening date but are currently interviewing for staff – full details of the positions available can be found here.
