The police are currently looking for a vulnerable man who has gone issuing from the Great Western Hospital.
**Update** Man found safe
Patrick Jones, described as a “vulnerable adult”, was last seen in the boarding a bus in his hospital gown at around 7am this morning.
It is not known where the bus was heading.
