Wiltshire Police are appealing for witnesses to an aggravated burglary in Swindon town centre on Tuesday night.
At approximately 10.30 pm, a group of unknown offenders entered an address on Commercial Road and assaulted the male occupant before stealing a computer, phone and tablet.
The man, who’s in his 30s, received non-life-threatening injuries but was badly shaken.
Det Sgt Justin Downes said: “We’d like to hear from anyone who may have heard or seen anything suspicious in this part of town yesterday evening.
“Commercial Road is a main thoroughfare for traffic, so, we’d also like to hear from anyone who was travelling along the street in a vehicle and may have dashcam footage of anything suspicious and/or of the offenders entering or leaving the property.
