Christmas and New Year should be spent with the family eating food and arguing about what the best Christmas film on the TV is (Die Hard!), not worrying about your piling rubbish bags.

Collection of real Christmas trees (lights and decorations all removed)
Place real trees outside of the front of your property, clearly visible from the road, between Monday, 7th January 2019 and Friday, 1st February 2019 and leave out until collected.
The Garden Waste Recycling Team will collect trees as they operate in the area, which may be a different day to the usual waste collections.
