Wiltshire Police are appealing for information after a series of garages were broken into in Swindon, with thieves making off with power tools and other property.
The burglaries happened at garages to the rear of Blandford Court, off Marlowe Avenue, sometime between Wednesday, 15 July and Saturday, 18 July.
Police say several power tools were stolen from one of the garages, although it is still being established what has been taken from the remaining units.
Officers are now asking anyone who witnessed suspicious activity in the area during the three-day period to come forward.
They are also urging anyone who owns one of the affected garages but has not yet reported the incident to contact Wiltshire Police as soon as possible.
As part of the appeal, the force is reminding residents to take steps to secure garages, sheds and other outbuildings by ensuring they are properly locked and valuable items are marked and stored securely.
