From 11am tomorrow, 15 McDonalds restaurants in the South East of England will be offering a limited menu for delivery only as the fast-food chain set to safely reopen our restaurants.
There will be a £25 order cap as we the restaurants adjust to smaller teams and social distancing in the kitchens.
Paul Pomroy, McDonald’s CEO UK and Ireland ha siad “I want to reiterate the restaurants, Drive Thrus and their car parks remain closed, we will only be serving food via Uber Eats this week.”
From Wednesday 20th May McDonald’s will begin the next phase of reopening with a further 30 restaurants offering service through the Drive-Thru.
It is not yet known which locations will be open but Mr Pomroy said “we plan to reopen all our Drive-Thrus by early June. We will keep the restaurant locator on our website updated as our Drive Thrus reopen over the coming weeks.”
