Fans of fast, flavour-packed Asian cuisine have something to look forward to next month as Chopstix opens its newest restaurant at Swindon Designer Outlet – and the first customers through the doors will be rewarded with free food.
The UK’s popular noodle bar chain will officially open its latest branch at 11am on Thursday, 27 August, with a launch event designed to welcome customers in style.
To celebrate the opening, the first 100 people through the doors will receive a free medium meal box, while 1,000 portions of spring rolls will also be given away during the day. Visitors can also look forward to prize giveaways, including branded merchandise, discount vouchers and loyalty app points.
Located at Unit 80 in the Designer Outlet, the new restaurant will create more than 20 jobs and provide seating for 20 diners. Opening hours will be 10.30am to 8pm, Monday to Saturday, and 10am to 6pm on Sundays.
Chopstix has grown rapidly across the UK, with more than 140 outlets offering quick-service dishes inspired by Asian cuisine. Alongside favourites such as Sweet & Sour Chicken and Salt ‘N’ Pepper Chicken, customers can also choose from dishes including Chicken Katsu Curry and the chain’s signature Caramel Drizzle Chicken.
Those who prefer to eat at home will also be able to order through the Chopstix website and app using Click & Collect or delivery, as well as via Uber Eats, Deliveroo and Just Eat.
Gareth Brannigan, Head of New Store Openings for Chopstix, said: “In each new location we open, we have been blown away by the response from customers; so many people are looking for a quick, tasty and affordable option for lunch, and Chopstix is the ideal option for fresh flavours on-the-go.
“It’s a really exciting time for our business as a whole, and we’re excited to welcome our local fans to the store when we open our doors.”
The Swindon opening continues the company’s nationwide expansion following a successful period of growth that included a series of new stores and refurbishments across the UK.
Anyone hoping to claim one of the opening day giveaways is encouraged to arrive early, with the free meal offer expected to prove popular.
