Westfield Way will undergo night-time closures next week whilst the construction of the new Toucan crossing on continues.
One side of the road has already seen the pavement widened and one half of the crossing point has been installed.
The project is being carried out under temporary traffic lights during off-peak hours but next week will see the need to close the road whilst resurfacing works are carried out.
The closure is scheduled for overnight on Tuesday 3rd April from 10.30pm until Wednesday, 4th April at 6am.
A diversion route will be clearly signposted and pedestrian and emergency access will be maintained to all properties and businesses at all times.
