The final six homes have gone on sale at a housing development on the outskirts of Trowbridge as work at the 68-home site moves towards completion.
Persimmon Homes has released the remaining properties at its Highfield Gardens development in Hilperton, with all six being three-bedroom semi-detached homes.
Prices for the final properties currently range from £299,995 to £334,995.
The development has been built close to Hilperton and Trowbridge, with the town centre, railway station and main shopping areas all within around a ten-minute drive.
Each of the homes at Highfield Gardens has been fitted with solar panels and an electric vehicle charging point.
The wider development also includes areas of public open space and a children’s play area, while a cycling link has been created between Middle Lane and Hilperton Road.
More than £1 million is also being provided through Section 106 contributions connected with the development.
The funding will go towards a number of projects in the surrounding area, including the expansion of local schools, highway improvements and biodiversity work.
Some of the money will also contribute towards improvements to facilities at Hilperton Village Hall.
With the development nearing completion, Persimmon says buyers interested in securing one of the remaining homes are being encouraged to make contact, particularly those hoping to move before Christmas.
Pauline Fletcher, Sales Director at Persimmon Homes Wessex, said: “We’re really pleased to be down to last plots at our popular Highfield Gardens site.
“The development has a village feel being a short walk away from the amenities of Hilperton with the added benefit of its proximity to Trowbridge town centre.
“We would encourage anyone who is interested to get in touch, especially if they want to move in before Christmas.”
Persimmon also offers a Deposit Boost scheme for eligible buyers, under which the housebuilder can contribute an additional five per cent towards a buyer’s deposit. The scheme is designed to reduce the amount customers need to borrow when purchasing a new-build property.
Hilperton’s location also gives residents road links towards Bath, Chippenham and Warminster, as well as access to rail services from nearby Trowbridge.
