Sainsbury’s and Morrisons have both announced they will be enforcing the wearing of masks in all its stores, with Sainsbury’s confirming they will be employing trained security guards at shop entrances who actively challenge non-mask wearing customers and those shopping in groups.
Morrisons have said they will be offering a face mask to those wishing to shop who turn up without one however, “Those who are offered a face covering and decline to wear one won’t be allowed to shop at Morrisons unless they are medically exempt.”
