A 21-year-old Swindon man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder following a stabbing in Swindon overnight on Saturday.
Detectives are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the serious assault and are continuing to try to locate further suspects.
Police were called to Great Western Hospital shortly after midnight when the victim, a local man in his 20s, arrived with several stab wounds.
His injuries are not believed to be life-threatening and his condition is described as stable.
