Drivers are less likely to break down in a brand new car from Swindon motor dealer Pebley Beach – and that’s official!
Pebley is Swindon’s authorised dealership for Hyundai and Suzuki motorcars, which have just won an historic one-two in a respected reliability test.
JD Power’s 2018 UK Vehicle Dependability Study quizzed more than 13,500 UK drivers who bought a new car between February 2015 and 2017.
It measured problems experienced during the past 12 months by original owners of vehicles in the UK after 12 to 36 months of ownership.
The survey named Hyundai the most reliable car brand in Britain, with Suzuki a close second. Kia, Skoda and Nissan scored third, fourth and fifth place.
Mercedes emerged as the highest-ranking premium brand, in 14th overall, while BMW came bottom of the pile, at 25th.
By segment, Hyundai also claimed the prize for most reliable city car, with the i10. The Hyundai i20 was named the second most reliable small car, and the i30 the third most reliable compact car. The Hyundai ix35 was the second most reliable compact SUV.
