A woman has been charged with assaulting an officer following an incident at Swindon custody where an officer was coughed at.
The incident happened on Saturday 25 April.
Chantelle Hayward, 28, of Stratford Road, Swindon, has been charged with assaulting an officer and criminal damage which relates to a police van being damaged.
She has been released on bail and is due to appear at Swindon Magistrates Court on July 8.
