Witness appeal following cyclist collision

Wiltshire Police are appealing for witnesses after a cyclist was involved in a collision on Pinehurst Road, Swindon.

The incident happened between 9 and 10pm on Saturday 7 July at the crossing where a footpath/cycle path crosses this part of the road – close to an open green/park area.

It’s believed the 24-year-old local man collided with a moving vehicle, however due to being knocked unconscious he is unable to remember what happened.   He was taken to hospital with life changing injuries – he has now been released and is recovering at home.
