Ghosts and ghouls will be out in force this weekend as people dress up to celebrate Halloween across the UK, but there could be some real ones living just around the corner.
There have been 28 reports in Wiltshire of hellhounds being on the loose.
It is supposedly around 7ft tall with flame red eyes and has also been spotted in Norfolk with sightings dating back to 1577.
Historian W.A. Dutt described the beast as he wrote in 1901, “He takes the form of a huge black dog and prowls along dark lanes and lonesome field footpaths, where, although his howling makes the hearer’s blood run cold, his footfalls make no sound.”
Have you ever seen one of these beastly dogs? If not be sure to keep a look out for one this Halloween!
