Barclays have revealed the top 10 top 10 life lessons Brits have learned during lockdown as part of a recent survey.

1. Keeping in regular contact with friends and family is really important to me (53%)
2. Exercise is very beneficial for both my mental and physical health (42%)
3. I have a good understanding of where I spend all of my money (21%)
4. I don’t need to pay a gym membership to stay fit and healthy (20%)
5. I can be more self-controlled with my money management than I previously thought (20%)
6. I don’t have to spend lots of money to have a healthy, nutritious diet (18%)
7. I can afford to save more money than I thought (16%)
8. I don’t have to spend money on going out to have fun (15%)
9. You’re never too old to learn a new skill or take up a new hobby (13%)
10. I get a lot of satisfaction from learning new skills (11%)
This follows on from the top things millenials are looking forward to once lockdown restrictions are lifted.
