Warning Issued to Residents Following Scam Reported in Stratton Area

Residents of Swindon are being cautioned about a scam that has surfaced in the Stratton area. The perpetrators have been targeting addresses of vulnerable or elderly individuals, often in the aftermath of new roofing installations.

They pose as inspectors checking the recently completed work. Subsequently, they continue to return with various pretexts, pressuring residents for full payment.
