One of Swindon’s biggest taxi companies, V Cars, is offering to provide free transport to help elderly and vulnerable Swindonians travel to COVID-19 appointments.
As the UK government aims to fulfil its ambition of vaccinating the top four priority groups by mid-February, V Cars will offer, for free, journeys to and from your appointment to make sure that as few appointments are missed as possible..
Your free journey can be booked in at the same time as your vaccination appointment is booked, please let your local GP know if you want to use the free service.
