Wiltshire Police have released the following updated information regarding the Clifton Street disturbance.
The 24-year-old man, from Swindon, arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm with intent has been released under investigation.
The 24-year-old man arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm with intent and possession with intent to supply Class A drugs has been charged with possession with intent to supply class A and B drugs.
Mohammed Yunus Ali (24), from Gladstone Street, Swindon, appeared before Salisbury Magistrates this morning (06/11) and has been remanded in custody; he’s due to re-appear at Swindon Crown Court on 30 November 2018.
In relation to the whole Clifton Street incident – their enquiries are continuing.
