UK Medicines Regulatory Agency finds no link between the AstraZeneca vaccine and blood clots

The British Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) has not found any connection between the Covid-19 vaccine produced by AstraZeneca and recent reports of blood clots.

The EU recently announced they would be pausing the use of the vaccine after blood clots were detected in some of those who received the AstraZeneca vaccine.

However the MHRA review says that the available information does not indicate that the vaccine leads to blood clots in the veins.
