Councillor Matthew Courtliff has taken to social media this evening to confirm that from Monday 23rd March, all older citizens will be able to use their bus passes before 09:30 free of charge to help with the current situation.
This will enable the elderly to make use of the elderly shopping hours at many of Swindon’s supermarkets.
