In a heartwarming gesture of Christmas spirit, The White Hart team in Wroughton have announced a special initiative for Christmas Day. They will set a table for eight individuals from the village who would otherwise spend Christmas alone.
Graham Worrallo, the pub’s manager, will cover the cost and will personally host the dinner, starting at 4 pm, and has opened up eight additional spaces at his table. This idea aims to ensure that people living in the village are not left alone during the festive season.
Residents are encouraged to reach out to the pub via email or by visiting the pub if they, or someone they know, would appreciate the opportunity to join for a Christmas Dinner on Christmas Day.
Mr Worrallo expressed the sentiment, stating, “We do not want anyone in the village to be alone at Christmas. And this meal is on Myself and The Team to give something back to the community.”
