Police arrested a 17-year-old boy over the weekend on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm with intent.
The teenager is believed to have attacked a man with a knife during a robbery that took place at 2.30pm in Frobisher Drive, on Friday 9th September during the victim had his electric bike stolen.
The victim’s injuries, whilst serious, are not thought to be life changing or life threatening.
The suspect is currently in police custody.
