Two Swindon taxi firms are planning to merge under one umbrella in the hope of improving the customer experience, they have announced to their drivers this week.

SN1 Cars have revealed to drivers their plans to join the Veezu Group as early as the end of this month.

The announcement also made clear that SN1’s offices will be kept open and none of the staff have lost their job due to the merger.

It is not yet known if passengers will still be able to use the same number for each individual firm they are used to calling or if they will need to call the Veezu number however these details will be released before the end of the month.

This move, if it goes ahead will leave Cross Street Cars as the only Swindon owned taxi company.
