Swindon Paint Fest, a community-led event that celebrates the arts and brings vibrant creativity to the town, is set to return this September, following its successful debut in 2022.
Founded with the goal of uplifting Swindon’s community spirit, the festival promises to make a tremendous positive impact by adding colour and artistic flair to the town. Featuring over 50 acclaimed local and international street artists, as well as a diverse range of events, Swindon Paint Fest is gearing up to captivate the hearts of Swindon’s residents.

After the resounding success of its inaugural edition, the organisers of Swindon Paint Fest are working tirelessly to make this year’s festival even bigger and better. With Swindon Hub and Rudi’s Bar already on board as collaborators, the festival’s team is actively seeking additional local businesses to join as sponsors, forming a united front in support of the arts and community engagement.
The festival aims to enhance the quality of life for communities in and around Swindon while boosting footfall and supporting local businesses. The stunning artworks created during last year’s festival captivated the admiration of many, generating significant attention and buzz not just within Swindon but also across Wiltshire and beyond. Passers-by enthusiastically shared their favorite murals on social media, igniting a sense of excitement and pride in the town. In addition to the captivating street art installations, the festival will feature a diverse array of workshops, art markets, exhibitions, live painting sessions, music performances, and more.
With over 50 talented artists slated to contribute to the 2023 edition of Swindon Paint Fest, this event offers a unique opportunity for muralists and street artists to showcase their skills, express themselves artistically, and create captivating artwork for the enjoyment of all.
By becoming a sponsor of Swindon Paint Fest, businesses can contribute to the festival’s success by providing essential equipment, supplies, and preparations such as print collaterals, materials, and wall preparations. Sponsoring businesses will receive added benefits, including promotional opportunities during the events and tickets to attend the festival’s launch.

Furthermore, the festival welcomes public donations through its GoFundMe page, which will contribute to all aspects of the festival and ensure its success for Swindon and its communities.
Over the coming weeks, the organisers will continue to confirm participating artists and locations, building excitement for the upcoming festival.
Expressing her enthusiasm for the event, Helen Salter, Organiser and Co-Founder of Swindon Paint Fest, remarked, “The high calibre and sheer talent of the applicants we have received for this year’s Swindon Paint Fest is off the scale!
