Swindon Town Football in the Community Trust are inviting residents along to a public consultation to view new and exciting plans to create a Sporting and Community Facility.
Working in partnership with Swindon Borough Council and Swindon Harriers Athletics Club, Jon Holloway of Swindon Town Football in The Community confirmed ‘the new facility will be something all of its users can be extremely proud of.’
The new facility plans include a full size 3G playing pitch and enhancements to the athletics facilities for the Harriers too.
The location for this state of the art facility will be situated on the County Ground extension and the building will stand alongside the athletics facility, with balconies overlooking both the 3G pitch and athletics track.
The public are invited to the consultation taking place on Wednesday 15th March at the County Ground Legends Lounge between 3.30pm – 7.30pm.
