Today is the day many talented, and some not so, have been waiting for. X-Factor auditions have come to the town centre.
Setting up base in one of the empty units in The Parade the X-Factor producers have picked Swindon as one of a number of towns throughout the UK that will host a producer-led audition.
Some in the queue were hoping to see Cheryl, not realising she is not a judge this year, and Simon, and were a little disappointed when they realised there were no star names coming along today.
Auditions are running through to 6pm this evening so if you feel you can sing, or just want to be one of those acts that somehow get through and make arses out of themselves on TV, why not head along to The Parade and get singing.
