During Carers Week, on Saturday 10th June, Swindon Carers Centre hosted its annual Walk A Mile awareness event in Swindon town centre. The event saw the participation of staff, volunteers, carers, and supporters, with distinguished guests including Swindon MPs Sir Robert Buckland and Justin Tomlinson, the High Sheriff of Wiltshire Pradeep Bhardwaj, the Mayor of Swindon Councillor Barbara Parry, and Sarah-Jane Peffers, Associate Director of Patient Safety and Quality for Bath, Swindon, and Wiltshire Integrated Care Board.
