Earlier reports of an accident at Transfer Bridges have now been confirmed as a stabbing.
With more than ten police units on the scene and three ambulances it is still unreported how many casualties there are but eye witnesses have confirmed at least one person receiving treatment at the scene.
The area has currently been cordoned off by police.
Further details to follow.
