Robert Buckland, MP for South Swindon, ran the Swindon Half Marathon this morning to support the Mayor’s Charities, Swindon and Wiltshire Children’s Cancer and Leukemia Movement (CALM) and Swindon and North Wilts Deaf Children’s Society.
Both are local charities supporting local children and their families and are run completely by volunteers meaning any donations really make a difference to them.
Here is Robert with some of the team who were also out to support the Mayor’s charities today.
It was also Robert’s birthday today but he still turned out, despite the weather to join in the event!
