An ‘abnormal load’ is set to leave Membury Services at around 10am this morning heading to BMW on Bridge End Road.
Motorists are advised they may experience some delays travelling around parts of Swindon, the A419 and the M4.
The convoy will consist of two loads, each of some 41m in length plus associated private and police escort vehicles.
Anyone travelling over this period on time critical matters should allow sufficient additional time for their journey.
The load will exit the M4 at junction 15 heading onto the A419 before travelling towards Oxford Road and Greenbridge via the White Heart roundabout.
The final destination for both ‘Gantry Cranes’ will be BMW Pressings in Bridge End Road.
