Romanian sex workers to be deported after ignoring warnings

Wiltshire Police have made three arrests after Romanian women were found to be advertising brothel services online.

The women are being held in custody at Gablecross police station and are due to be transferred to an immigration centre before being deported back to Romania.

The police executed two warrants on June 29th at a property on Valleyside and also a property on Stafford Street.

At the Valleyside address three Romanian women were present aong with a Romanian man. It is understood that the women had been advertising sex work on the internet.

Two of the three women had previously been spoken to and given warnings about operating a brothel back in April.

At the Stafford Street address, one Romanian woman sex worker, who had also been spoken to previously was advised by he immigration service she must find legitimate work in the next 30 days.
