Swindon-based estate agents Richard James have been judged the South West Residential Sales and Letting Agency of the Year.
The awards, organised by Business Insider, were created to showcase the very best of the residential property sector in the South West of England. Three other agencies – Nexa of Bristol, Girlings of Taunton and Ocean of Bristol – were also shortlisted. Judges said that Richard James emerged as the winner because the business innovates, uses technology effectively and continues to develop new approaches to customer services.
Sue Gidney, Lettings MD at Richard James, accepted the award at a ceremony at the Mercure Hotel in Exeter, alongside new business director Caroline Schaefer.
Sue said she is delighted that the company’s dedication to providing clients with the best possible service has been recognised across the region.
“This award is for sales and lettings, so it really is an award for every single member of staff,” said Sue.
“We are so fortunate to have colleagues who are determined to go the extra mile for our clients, and who take so much pride in doing the best possible job they can.
