Swindon Borough Council have reported that last week’s overnight work was a success with the new speed ramp constructed and fresh road markings put down
The contractor is now progressing the block paving work on both the Town Centre and Meca side of the road, among other areas. Pedestrians are being redirected via the bus layby on the Town Centre side and encouraged to use the pedestrian crossing at Princes Street or follow the diversion signs via Clarence Street on the Meca side.
