Police are appealing for witnesses after a 15-year-old boy was assaulted in Swindon earlier this month.
At around 4.40pm on December 12th in Gainsborough Close the boy was assaulted and sustained a bruised eye and injury to his forehead.
It is believed a group of approximately 10 youths were involved in the incident with a young boy and girl believed to be the main offenders.
PC Rachel Larcombe said: “This was a very traumatic and frightening incident for the victim and his family.
“We will not tolerate violence of this nature and we would urge anyone with information about those involved to contact us immediately.”
