Swindon-based creative agency Visual PR Productions has expanded its team to meet rising demand for its innovative, conversation-led video marketing services.
The appointment of videographer and film graduate Ethan Watt marks a key step in the company’s growth, enhancing its capacity to deliver authentic, unscripted video campaigns that help businesses connect with audiences on a personal level.
Founded by award-winning motorsports commentator and public speaking trainer Chris Dawes, Visual PR Productions has quickly gained recognition for its unique approach to video marketing — moving away from scripted or overly promotional content towards natural, conversation-driven storytelling.
Ethan joins the team full-time after freelancing with the company, working closely with Chris and Lead Video Editor/Producer Tom Cottam to create high-quality video content for clients across multiple sectors.
“We needed an additional creative set of hands, and Ethan perfectly fits the bill,” said Chris Dawes. “He can use his videography skills, learn and grow with the role, and open up new creative possibilities for the business too.”
Ethan added:
“I’m genuinely excited to be part of the team. Joining now is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to high-quality production and help clients build real connections with their audience.”
Since its launch in 2023, Visual PR Productions has seen significant growth and is now a finalist in two categories at The Business Exchange’s Annual Business Awards — Best User Experience and Best Creative Campaign.
The company’s success is built around its signature model: recording natural conversations and transforming them into a suite of professional marketing materials. From a single 30–60-minute discussion, Visual PR Productions can produce social media clips, full-length videos, blogs, newsletters, and podcasts — all maintaining a consistent, authentic tone.
Chris explained:
“In the past two years, we’ve undergone significant growth, moving beyond live virtual studio recordings. We’ve invested in high-spec 4K cameras and audio equipment, allowing us to produce studio, on-location, or hybrid video content while staying true to our conversational style.”
Earlier this year, the company moved into a new purpose-built studio in Swindon, offering facilities for filming, recording, and editing. Clients can now choose between filming in-studio, on-site, or via the company’s virtual studio, giving complete flexibility for creative storytelling.
