Motorists can now use The Marsh to access the High Street in Wanborough after the road was reopened this afternoon on Friday afternoon.
The road had been closed at the junction with Pack Hill to allow the construction of the New Southern Connector Road, which will provide a link between the New Eastern Villages (NEV) and Commonhead roundabout, near the Great Western Hospital.
The council would like to thank local residents, business owners and drivers for their patience while this through-route was closed.
