No further deaths from coronavirus have been reported at Great Western Hospital in the past 24 hours, for the third day running.
This keeps the total figure of deaths reported at Great Western Hospital at 105.
Across English hospitals the number of deaths recorded is up in the in the last 24 hours to 122 although this figure will increase further when the care home figures are released.
NHS England figures show people with coronavirus have died in the hospitals as of 5pm yesterday.
Daily death counts are revised each day, with each case backdated to the actual date of death. This means some deaths recorded in the last 24 hours may actually have taken place days earlier.
NHS England guidance states: “Confirmation of Covid-19 diagnosis, death notification and reporting in central figures can take up to several days and the hospitals providing the data are under significant operational pressure.”
