There aren’t many house viewings where you walk away with a slice of pizza, but this weekend at Orchards View in Wichelstowe, that’s exactly what’s on offer.
Barratt Homes Bristol is opening the next eagerly awaited phase of its popular development on Saturday 4th October, serving up freshly made pizza alongside the chance to explore brand new homes.
This latest chapter will see 181 properties added to the growing community – including 30 designated as affordable housing. The mix covers everything from one and two-bedroom apartments to spacious family houses of two, three and four bedrooms.
The launch runs from 11am to 3pm at the Orchards View sales office on Pippin Street (SN1 7EU), where the first of the new three-bedroom homes will be released for sale. Alongside pizza, visitors can chat to Barratt’s sales team and get free advice from an independent mortgage adviser.
Richard Lawson, Sales Director at Barratt Homes Bristol, said:
“The response to Orchards View has been incredible, with earlier phases snapped up in record time. These new homes give buyers another opportunity to join the growing Wichelstowe community. With stylish designs, excellent transport links and plenty of green space, we expect them to be just as popular.”
Orchards View sits within the wider Wichelstowe development, one of Swindon’s largest new communities. Conveniently placed just two miles from the railway station and three from the M4’s Junction 16, it’s well connected while keeping plenty of green space on the doorstep.
