In an effort to address the persistent shortage of dentists in Swindon, a new dental clinic is poised to open its doors in the heart of the town centre.
Dental Care Group, a prominent dental care provider in the UK, is undertaking this initiative to cater to the dental needs of Swindon residents. The new dental surgery will be situated in the premises previously occupied by the Body Shop and Prospect Hospice charity shop.
Dental Care Group boasts a considerable presence across the UK, including an existing practice in Moredon. This expansion aims to alleviate the strain on dental services in Swindon and provide additional dental care to the local community.
As part of their plans, Dental Care Group is repurposing the first floors of 6 Regent Street and 1 College Street into two apartments.
The location of the clinic in the town centre ensures convenient access for residents, addressing the longstanding challenge of dental care accessibility in Swindon.
It is not yet known if the new practice will be offering NHS dental services.
