A total of 231 people have now been discharged from the Great Western Hospital after treatment for Covid-19, a spokesperson for NHS Trust confirmed.
There are also a further six patients who have recovered from the virus but are awaiting discharge from the hospital taking the Swindon recovered figure to 237.
In the Swindon hospital there remains five patients who are being treated for either confirmed or suspected Covid-19.
The news comes after a period of twenty-one days in which just two deaths from coronavirus has been reported at the hospital.
