McDonald’s are reopening some of their Drive Thrus across the UK and Ireland this week, starting with 168 locations from 11am today.
There will also be a further 22 restaurants open for McDelivery today too.
Unfortunately there will be none opening in Swindon just yet though.
McDonald’s have made some changes so things will be a little different for the reopening stores.
– There will be fewer employees in the kitchens to enable the teams to social distance and work safely
– There will be a limited menu (no breakfast or Shakes for now) and will open for reduced hours (11am-10pm)
– They are encouraging you to use contactless payment methods and cap your spend at £25
– For those visiting Drive Thrus, you can browse the menu, order and pay ahead using the My McDonald’s App – that way they can start preparing your order when you’re near the restaurant.
